Caramel Corn
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cube butter softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp soda
Cook Brown sugar and light corn syrup to a soft ball stage. Remove from heat.
Add 1 cube soft butter, sweetened condensed milk and soda.
Stir until mixed well and butter is melted.
Pour over popcorn and mix. I use 4 bags of buttered microwave popcorn.
Be sure to take out kernels.
